good hot wipy but you have to use Huggies pop-up wipes and add 2 onces of water every time you refill wipes. If you don't want to dry Brown wipes water use as the instructions recommend. If you are using popup Pampers wipes when you reach for a wipe you cannot you disattach. It takes about three wipes before you can pull away and is wasteful of paper towels. the wipes come out from the heat, but if you leave for a while become cold really fast. so be prepared to clean when you pull out
